The service
Command-D is an early-stage, free service for saving and retrieving personal bookmarks and notes. It is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Things may break, change, or gain limits as the service evolves; we’ll be sensible about it.
Acceptable use
Save your own stuff. Don’t use Command-D to store or distribute illegal content, malware, or other people’s private data; don’t abuse the API or attempt to disrupt the service. We may remove content or block access that violates this.
Your content
What you save stays yours. We only store and process it to provide the service (including the automatic enrichment described in the privacy policy) and never sell it.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Command-D is not liable for lost data or damages arising from use of the service. Keep copies of anything irreplaceable.
